After doing 400 metre and 50 metre swim speed, then obtained the result of time in seconds that must be incorporated into this application.

The data that the app user should enter are:

Name

Age

Gender

Time for 400 metre

Time for 50 metre

Training Distance in metre

After the user enters the data, please click the PROCESS button to find out the results of critical swim speed and time target for distance.
